• Due to COVID-19, no alcohol will be served 11pm to 8am. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• The casino and restaurants are operating at reduced occupancy to protect the health and safety of guests and Coushatta associates.
• State-of-the-art, touchless, and non-invasive thermal scanners are in use to check the temperatures of each guest at every entrance.
• Effective Monday, July 13 all guests are required to wear a mask or face covering while visiting Coushatta Casino Resort. This is for the safety of all our guests, associates and their families.
• Please wear your mask or face covering when interacting with associates and other guests. Complimentary masks are available at the security stations.
• Guests must follow social distancing guidelines and stand no closer than within 6 feet of other guests and Coushatta associates who are not part of their party or family.
• When using elevators, guests are advised to limit the elevator capacity to 4 guests at a time — families not included.
• All areas where guests are required to social distance are marked with signage and floor decals for appropriate social distancing.

Casino Gaming and Special Events

• In consideration of safety measures and staffing issues, and to ensure compliance to the limited occupancy restrictions:
• Giveaways, large drawings, special events and tournaments have been temporarily suspended until further notice.
• Seating at slot machines is reduced and some slots will be placed out of service and marked as unavailable.
• Table game seating is limited to a reduced maximum occupancy at each table/game. Not all games are available. To ensure that you have a safe, healthy experience while you play, players, spectators and dealers are required to wear a face covering.
• The Poker Room and Off-Track Betting are now open.
• The Bingo Hall is closed until further notice.

Lodging

• Select lodging facilities are now open.
