What could be improved on the app?
When the online Sportsbook was first launched in NJ, it didn’t tick a lot of boxes. The layout was pretty awful, and it was clumsy and awkward to use. The same applied to the app. It was not one we wanted to wager on or to recommend. Luckily, MGM fixed this, and this new version of the BetMGM app (Mobile, Android & iOS) has ironed out all the issues, so there isn’t that much we don’t like.
We wanted to see a live chat customer support option was a feature we were after, and low and behold, the new version has one. We have always preferred a live chat facility to solve any issues in a quick and timely manner. Live sports streaming through the BetMGM sportsbook app was another feature we wanted to see, and the good news is that this has now been added too.

BetIndiana
BetIndiana will eventually join the list of legal online sportsbooks available in Indiana. USA Sports Gaming operates the BetIndiana brand. The Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) already awarded BetIndiana an online sports betting license.
BetIndiana will eventually operate as a license partner to the planned Hard Rock Casino in Gary, Indiana.
SBK Online Sportsbook
SBK Online Sportsbook is coming to Indiana, possibly sometime in 2020. The SBK brand will launch in Indiana as a product of a partnership between Full House Resorts and UK-based sports betting brand Smarkets. The mobile sports betting app will operate under the Rising Star Casino license.
FOX Bet
